NAUS Security Service Standards
We strive to maintain high standards of our service to meet the clients’ needs and expectations. While we always look for efficiency our procedures are highly adoptable for every single client without compromising the effectiveness.
Team Meetings
We arrange the meetings with the personnel authorized by client on monthly basis. This is to discuss any security or service concern and provide the immediate solution.
Reporting
NSW Australian Security provides regular reports to the clients with following details at minimum:
- Incident details like date, time, location, event detail, action taken etc.
- Photos/video of incident
- Guards patrolling history onsite
- Property status and updates
- Distance travelled for each 24hr period
- Safety lacking or areas for improvement
These reports can be provided in any format or medium required by the client.
Security Patrolling and Guarding Standards
NAUS Security’s surveillance, patrolling and guarding complies with Australian standards. We adhere at minimum to following protocols:
- In all our covered areas the patrolling is done several times a day. We keep it random to avoid being predicted.
- We respond to incidents within 5 minutes.
- Alarms are also responded within 5 minutes.
- All of the vehicles and equipment complies with the regulatory and manufacturing standards.
- All of the vehicles are properly maintained and none is older than 5 years from date of manufacturing.
- All the security staff maintains a neat appearance and remains available in uniform.
- All of the guards carry camera to meet the prescribed responsibilities.
- All of the guards are trained to follow the prescribed procedures and respond to incidents professionally.
- A guard on duty is always contactable by the alarm monitoring company.
- All our guards are capable to communicate with Police, Fire and Ambulance services.
